Last year Morgan and Carey had the most lovely and intimate wedding that was very vintage.  Though I did a blog post featuring their wedding with some beautiful storyboards, in the midst of such a busy year I completely forgot to share the layout of the coffee table book I designed.  Yes, shame on me!  Anyway, as they say ‘better late than never” so here it a little bit of pretty for you to see!

Earlier this year I shared a blog post on Heather & Ken’s gorgeous, garden wedding that took place in May.  Yesterday, I had the honor of delivering their fine art album…which is something that I absolutely love to do!  Seeing a client enjoy reliving their day with a proper final presentation of a fine art album handcrafted in Italy is so deeply gratifying.  It is my hope that each fine art album becomes a cherished part of every couple’s story and that future generations enjoy pouring over the them as well.  Here is Heather & Ken’s gorgeous fine art wedding album layout.  Heather & Ken, thank you once again for giving me the honor of photographing your beautiful wedding day.  May you have a long and happy marriage!

It seems like just yesterday I was with Deirdre and Parker shooting their engagement session!  I had so much fun spending time with this beautiful couple and am so looking forward to photographing their wedding this weekend!  Fingers crossed the weather is as beautiful on Deirdre & Parker’s wedding day as it was when we did their engagement session.  Whatever the case, I know the day is going to be a special and memorable day for two people who are crazy about each other!  I look forward to sharing wedding photos in the weeks to come.  In the meantime, to view more images from Deirdre & Parker’s engagement session, you may do so here.

This year has consisted of a pleasant year of changes for my business.  After focussing full-time for nine years on being a wedding photographer, I decided it was time for change and opened myself up to portrait work and photographing Bar & Bat Mitzvahs.  What I found is that I really enjoy stepping away from the frenzy that accompanies a wedding day and its timeline.  It has been a welcome change to slow things down and be able to take whatever time is required to get a nice collection of beautiful images for my clients.  It was so much fun photographing Chandler’s for her high school senior portraits this past summer at the ever beautiful Cheekwood!  The gallery below consists of the fine art album layout featuring the beautiful Chandler’s from her senior portrait session!
