Throughout our lives we experience various milestones. These milestones are just some of the many memories that stand out in our lives and deserved to be highlighted. Photographing moments that extend beyond engagement, marriage, and the birth of a child need not be forgotten. When Rose Ann approached me earlier this year about photographing her son Parker, who was graduating from Vanderbilt Law School, I was reminded of the importance of documenting these other milestones. Photographing Parker on the Vanderbilt’s Campus was the perfect environment for our shoot. I always enjoy being able to go at a more relaxed pace than was I was accustomed to for so many years photographing weddings. Parker was so pleasant person to photograph. I am pleased with the portraits that celebrate his achievement and hope Parker and his family are as well. Here is the layout from Parker’s Italian Fine Art Album. Congratulations, Parker! Wishing you the best of luck in all your future endeavors…I know you will go far!
Here we are about to wrap up another year. It just doesn’t seem possible, does it! One of the shining spots of the year was photographing Deirdre & Parker’s wedding. Even though the venue ended up changing (due to overbooking on the venue’s part) a few months prior to the wedding date, Deirdre & Parker maintained a calm and positive attitude. In the end they had an even better wedding day than originally planned. You gotta love it when things work out this way. Their wedding celebration took place at a farm around Franklin. They had a rustic…yet elegant barn wedding which was complete with loads of loving family and friends. Here is the layout from Deirdre and Parker’s stunning fine art album. Congratulations Deirdre and Parker. May your marriage journey be long and happy!
